What is Compassionate Living?

Valley Compassionate Living is a community-based hosung program that provides affordable shared living oppurtunities for adults 55+  including veterans. Residents enjoy furnished accommodations, shared amentiies, and a welcoming home enviroment designed to promote stability, comfort, and independent living. 

Is this an assisted living facility?

No. Valley Compassionate Living is an independent housing community and does not provide assisted living, medical care, supervision or personal care services. 

Who is elgibe to live here? 

Residents must be able to live independently and manage their own daily activities, personal care, medications, and healthcare needs. 

What is included in the monthly housing fee

  • Furnished bedroom

  • Utilities 

  • WiFi

  • Shared Kitchen Access

  • Laundry Access

  • Common living areas

  • Outdoor spaces 

Do you offer private and shared rooms? 
 

Yes. Depending on availability, we offer both private and shared room options.

Can I tour the home before applying? 

Yes. We encourage prospective residents to schedule a tour before making a decision.
